Personal Identification Information (“PII”)
Interstate Trucksource Inc. and/or Interstate Truck Leasing Inc., herein referred to as 'us' or the 'Company'

This Privacy Notice is applicable to any PII that you provide to Us. This Privacy Notice applies to all of the products, services, mobile sites, mobile applications, and Websites offered by our Company. In order to be able to request to rent a vehicle from our Company, you will be required to provide us with PII for us to be able to provide certain services. The service that you choose will determine what information we collect from you.

Here are some examples of information we may collect from you (but not limited to):

• Name
• Email Address
• Home and/or Business Address
• Telephone Numbers at which we can contact you
• Payment Information (i.e. debit or credit card and expiration date - security code security deposit or having a Credit Card account )
• Information from your Driver's License or, if required, other Government issued identification

When you rent a vehicle from Us, we may also record non-personally identifiable information about your rental (ie. Us or a third-party, unaffiliated company may collect other information such as geo location information, speed, mileage, sudden-brake events, etc for example).

The Company may use email campaigns and other methods of telephone, electronic and direct mail solicitation without your express consent. If at any time you wish to opt out of receiving these emails or other communication/contact methods, simply email us at: indicating you wish to opt-out.
